A buyer's reason for buying is different from a seller's motivation.
It is illegal for an seller's agent to tell the seller's reason for selling. Buyers will ask. Agents will sidestep the question.
If you see an advertisement with the words motivated seller, ask yourself "Aren't all sellers motivated at some price?"
