If you're thinking about taking a vacation form your property search, don't. With today's technology your agent can email you daily or weekly only the listings that are really of interest. You've heard me preach before; the good stuff goes fast. So while you're taking a break, someone else is moving into your paradise. 
Don't squeeze all the melons, just be selective.
