With more people looking to start families and raise families in Hoboken, the elevator is becoming a key component in today's search. Buyers should expect to pay more for it. But the should have an easier time selling because of it.
From a parent with two toddlers, don't even think about a third floor walkup with kids. It will break you. Better to live in less space than live with the dread of stairs.
