A Run On Plywood

Here's a chilling stat from an article on CNN. 9.8% of homes built in 2000 or later are sitting vacant. 9.8% That's almost one in 10. I wish I could give you the stat for Hoboken, but I don't have it. If you take out the new construction that is currently being sold and you discount those rental conversions like the Velocity, I am guessing the number is south of 1%.

Now if I had just bought one of those boarded up brownstones when I was five years old...
